The Odell Eagles are a proud youth football organization rooted in Odell Recreation, serving families in and around Concord, North Carolina. For years, the Eagles have represented more than just wins and losses — we represent commitment, character, discipline, and opportunity.Our mission has always been simple:to provide young athletes with a positive, structured, and competitive environment where they can grow — on the field and in life.Through Pop Warner tackle football in the fall and year-round development opportunities, the Odell Eagles have built a reputation for strong coaching, player development, and a family-first culture. Many of our athletes go on to succeed at the middle school and high school levels, carrying with them the lessons learned in an Odell uniform.

About Odell Flight 7v7

As the game continues to evolve, so does our approach to developing athletes.

Odell Flight was created to expand our impact beyond the traditional tackle season, offering off-season training and competition focused on skill development, football IQ, and confidence. Odell Flight operates as a football development program under Odell Recreation, complementing — not replacing — our fall tackle program.

Through spring 7v7 competition and winter training camps, Odell Flight provides athletes ages 6–14 with opportunities to improve in areas that matter most:
- Speed and agilityPosition-specific skills
- Fundamentals and technique
- Understanding the game
- Competing the right way

We also believe linemen deserve development just as much as skill players. That’s why Odell Flight intentionally includes offensive and defensive line training, ensuring every athlete has a pathway to grow.
