First official Pop Warner practices begin.

SEASON - IMPORTANT DATES
Practice: Begins August 1st

PRACTICE LOCATION
Cox Mill Park Football Field (located below Cox Mill Elementary School)
2-3 times per week depending on age and coach
2 hours each (typically from 6 PM - 8 PM)

REQUIRED PAPERWORK - to be turned in prior to practices beginning
2023 Player/Participant Contract
2023 Medical/Physical Form
- Section II must be dated and signed/stamped by physician after January 1st of current year (2023).
Proof of Age – copy of Birth Certificate
- name must match birth certificate exactly.
- original will be required if your team qualifies for a Regional Playoff game in October/November.
Copy of 2022/2023 Full Year Report Card
- each player will be required to turn in a report card showing grades for ALL FOUR Quarters after the school year ends.
- this applies to ALL ages - even Kindergarten.
- The only exception is Pre-K.if the player is home-schooled, please fill-out the attached 2023 Home School Form in place of the school report card.
